About Michelle Nohotima

Michelle Nohotima is a dynamic entrepreneur, investor, and community advocate, known for her resilience and dedication to empowering others. Raised in the western suburbs of Sydney, Michelle learned independence and perseverance early, growing up with an alcoholic father. Sports became her outlet and a significant part of her life, excelling in softball, baseball, indoor cricket, and netball. Her athletic prowess earned her the title of Sportsperson of the Year in her final school year, and she represented Australia in international softball tournaments.

Michelle is married to Atti and is a proud mother to three children—Tama, Shei, and Anneleise—and grandmother to four grandchildren: Lydia, Aubrey, Tane, and Anahera. Her family is her inspiration and driving force behind her ambitions in wealth building, health, and happiness.

As the founder of Always Able, Michelle focuses on entrepreneurship and real estate investment. She is dedicated to expanding her property portfolio, including completing subdivisions and acquiring more investment properties. Her educational journey includes participation in the Empire Circle +, Entrepreneurial Business School, and various property investment groups, as well as continuous learning through webinars and seminars.

Michelle’s commitment to community is evident through her involvement with Business Port Macquarie, Business Camden Haven, and her application to Rotary. She has volunteered extensively and served on numerous committees, particularly in sports, where she coached softball at all levels, nurturing young talent, some of whom have joined the Australian Women’s Softball Team.
